Head Start Job Recruitment

Head Start & Children's Services is a national program that offers childcare and education to low-income families. This project was a multi-channel marketing campaign to increase staff recruitment for Head Start. It included MBTA ads, targeted web ads, and social media.

In 2022 there was a national crisis for recruitment in the early education field. The concept for this marketing campaign focused on the diversity of staff, career paths, and their impact to society instead of focusing on the monetary benefits.
